Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring

1. Select a ring that fits the finger you want to measure.
2. Use a ruler to measure the inside diameter in millimetres.
3. Match the measurement to the chart above.

Option 2: Measure Your Finger

1. Cut a thin strip of paper or string and wrap it around your finger.
2. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length in millimetres.
3. Use the inside circumference column to find your closest size.

Tip: Measure at the end of the day when your hands are warm — fingers are typically smaller in the morning or in cold conditions.
